Recently, the Ministry of Transport issued an announcement on the "Code for Design of Port Dangerous Goods Container Yards" on its official website.

The announcement stated that the "Code for Design of Container Yards for Dangerous Goods in Ports" is a compulsory industry standard for water transport engineering construction. The standard code is JTS 176-2020, which will be implemented on December 1, 2020. The Water Transport Bureau of the Ministry of Transport is responsible for management and interpretation. . After the implementation of the "Specifications", new container terminals should, in principle, be supporting the construction of dangerous cargo container yards.
